Zoom lens

A zoom lens that activates over an image can appear like so:



This can be activated like so:

Go to the Admin Panel > Image gallery (any one) > Advanced



Go to Advanced Layout Options



 

• Check either:
  • Standard
    • Check Image size: Thumb or Big
    • If Image Options > Link images to: is set to Enlarged Image, the zoom lens will only appear on the enlarged image size.
  • Carousel

Check Zoom Lens Options > Turn on zoom lens: Yes



Click Save Changes at the bottom

For the zoom lens to work well, it's important for the originally uploaded image to be large enough -- around 2500 pixels in the longest direction usually works well.
